Been with JustHost for a couple of years. Plain sailing until last week until I had billing problems. No horror story here though. Was putting my boxing gloves on ready for a fight but called JustHost customer service and they were very professional and resolved the matter in minutes. Plan to stay with them for sure, great value.

Fairly impressed with Just Host so far after about 18 months. The hosting packages are feature rich and the prices are awesome. The only downside at the start was the support side as I kept getting transfered to different departments which was frustrating. However tried it recently and had no issues with support so give them the benefit of the doubt here. Pretty happy so far and that's good coming from me as I am not easily pleased :-)

I own a small website and I wasn't expecting much keeping in mind the cost for this service but have been very pleasantly surprised. Tech support has been good, only 1 issue so far and they fixed it very quickly.

For me, so far so good, account got activated in about 2 hours which is respectable. FTP speed is very fast and my site loading time is very good although it is a small site to be honest. Only had service for a few months but happy with JustHost so far. Price of just a few dollars is unbelievable - how do they do it?
